Mr Horsky is a highly experienced and successful entrepreneur and business leader whose career has focused primarily on healthcare and the consumer beverage industry. He is passionate about the healthcare industry and is a thought leader in the development of successful corporate cultures for healthcare professionals. For twelve years, Mr Horsky led the corporate growth and eventual successful strategic sale of Canada’s largest and most successful veterinary conglomerate, VCA Canada.
Mr Fowler is a seasoned entrepreneurial and financial executive whose career spans a wide range of senior experience including roles as director, President, CEO, Vice President, CFO, private equity investor and business valuator across a wide range of industries. Mr Fowler’s experience includes 10 years in private equity and 6 years public practice focused on business valuations and corporate insolvency.
Mr Laughland has been involved in various facets of the Canadian private enterprise marketplace for over 20 years. He was a senior executive of a
publicly traded investment holding company focused on growth by acquisition of Canadian based businesses in a diversity of industries where he led the acquisition activities. He is a co founder of Evora Equity, a healthcare focused private equity firm, as well as a co founder of Veripath Partners, an agricultural investment fund manager.
Having spent over 25 years initiating and facilitating the purchase and sale of businesses in Canada and internationally, Mr Enns brings extensive expertise and experience in acquisition deal sourcing, negotiation and structuring. Mr Enns was Vice President Business Development for VCA Canada for 12 years where he established and successfully implemented VCA’s sector consolidation strategy, leading to VCA becoming Canada’s largest veterinary clinic chain, expanding from 9 to 115 clinics.
Mr. Pek has over 25 years of implementing numerous corporate start ups in both private and public arenas. Mr Pek was a founder and director of publicly listed Qeva Group Inc a provider of natural food supplements. Mr Pek was a partner in bus repair company Big Rig Collision and led its expansion into the US.
Dr. Mangat has extensive experience in dentistry, both as a clinician and as Clinical and Operations Director for the largest DSO in England. He has been Chief Operations Officer for a large Western Canadian dental group, in addition to being a practice broker and Director of Western Canada for the ROI Corporation. He utilizes his experience and practice metrics as part of Clinical and Operational assessments for due diligence and operational purposes.
